I’ve worked full-time in the IT industry since 1989 and my current areas of expertise include - senior IT project management, technical project management, IT project audit and turn-around, advising on solution development and delivery, and advising on solution architecture.
Besides having run numerous projects, I’ve also held positions as an IT management consultant, assistant IT program manager, IT development manager, IT service delivery manager, IT solution architect and IT solution developer. I’ve worked for Danish and foreign companies and been a partner in start-ups. Sector focus has predominantly been finance, public sector, and transportation.
In 2017, I finished a master in IT leadership and management from the IT University of Copenhagen with a thesis on “Knowledge based reduction of risk and uncertainty in IT projects”.

2018 - 2020
Program manager responsible for the upgrade of a large-scale depreciated case and document management system (CDM system) with 8.000+ user located both domestically and internationally. Used standard CDM software adapted to client requirements. Delivered on top of existing data and processes.
Project manager in the private finance sector
2017 - 2018
Project manager on a two-stream project in a Nordic bank. Devops processes and business access rights management for a large application portfolio. Database clean-up and data lifecycle management for a three-figure TB Oracle database used by all parts of the business.
